Entitles members in good standing* to vote, use any of the facilities: lake for boating/fishing, beach, tennis courts or picnic areas.

 

Senior:

$210/year

Discounted fee for owner 62 or older. 

 

 

Membership is Automatic

 

Per the Oakwood Lakes by-laws, membership is automatic for all properties as defined in the by-laws. *Members in Good Standing are those residents who have an active property certificate and are current on their annual fees. Please see the information about our certificate program below.

Certificate Program

 

Oakwood Lakes certificates cost $1500 each and are associated with the property.

 

Once issued, the certificate remains active as long as the annual fees are paid up to date, and it may be transferred to a new owner.

 

The active certificate provides the status of Member in Good Standing to the owner of the property. 

 

If you are contemplating the purchase of a home in Oakwood Lakes, please ensure, prior to settlement, that the seller will be transferring an active certificate to you!
