Fee:
$225/year
Entitles members with an active certificate to use any of the facilities: lake for boating/fishing, beach, tennis courts or picnic areas

Senior:
$160/year
Discounted fee for residents with owner 62 or over

Membership Note:
Per the Oakwood Lakes by-laws, membership is automatic for all properties as defined in the by-laws. Members in Good Standing are those residents who have an active property certificate and are current on their annual fees. Please see the information on our Certificate Program.
